Lightly floured, golden crisp, tossed with chilies and crispy shallots.  $15

Jiggs Dinner Cabbage Roll
Salt beef and all the root veg rolled in a cabbage leaf with pease pudding,
our mustard pickle and a pot liquor “shooter.” $15

Maurice’s triple-dipped crunchy onion rings, with malt vinegar aioli. $12

Beet Salad
Roasted & lightly pickled beets, goat cheese, parsley vinaigrette. $14

Celebrating ten years of our crispy, panko-crusted salt cod & potato fritters!  With aioli. $14

Light cream broth with mussels, cod & salmon. $15

House-brined for tenderness and flavour, with roasted potatoes
and partridgeberry red wine sauce.  $29

Roasted leg of lamb, local when available, with roasted root vegetables, lamb jus.  $32

Salmon
Seared skin-on filet with light citrus and white wine cream, roasted vegetables. $32

Bacalao du Jour
Newfoundland’s much beloved staple, salt cod. Today’s dish could be inspired by
local traditions, the far-away places that share our love for salt fish, or a creation all our own.  $28

Roasted Root Vegetables & Lime
Herb-roasted root vegetables with chick peas, tomato concassé and hint of lime.  $24
