Deliciously golden and crispy local calamari, bay scallops and coldwater shrimp tossed with crispy-fried shallot rings, zucchini and roasted peppers. With lemon aioli. $19

Beet, Fennel and Goat Cheese Salad
Sweet, tangy. fresh, nutty and bright!  Roasted beets, shaved fennel, candied walnuts on artisan greens with citrus vinaigrette and goat cheese croquette. $16

Cod Tongue Salad
Crispy cod tongues atop mixed greens, fresh mushrooms, crisp house-cured bacon, asparagus, dressed with vinaigrette made from locally-bottled O’Leva toasted almond oil. $20

Chilled pressed house-cured salt cod cake with citrus and cilantro, micro green salad and mustard pickle purée. $21

Roasted Chicken Breast with Newfoundland Berry Gastrique
House-brined local chicken, roasted to lovely golden brown. With creamy potato purée and tangy-sweet Newfoundland wild berry gastrique. $29

Point Leamington Pork
a tasting of wonderful local pork.  Sous-vide loin, crispy skin pork belly and panko-crusted head cheese.  With roasted squash gnocchi and pork-roasted apple reduction. $33

Pan Seared Fogo Island Cod-pot Cod
We have the exclusive on this exceptional cod, highest quality and sustainable fished using the Newfoundland-created cod pot.  Processed just for us with the skin on. Pan-seared so the skin is crispy. With white bean, house bacon and root vegetable cassoulet and deeply flavoured tomato fumet broth. $35

Pan seared to your liking with potato latkes, parsnip purée, red onion marmalade and red wine jus. $38
