Capture the "spirit" of 17th century British military life...with a very special rum tasting.
History comes to life with a tasting of rum and sampling of food.
Thursdays at 6pm, July 26-August 30.

 

Meet at the visitor Centre at Signal Hill.  17th century soldiers will escort you to the Queens Barracks 
where you will go inside to learn about a soldier's life and the all-important ration of rum,
while you taste five local rums with food pairing samples, some 'grog bits'.

 

Watch your Ps and Qs or you could be thrown in the brig!  ....Just kiddin'
